Hi from a new user!

Please help me with this issue:
How to validate the right answer in a radio group?
Example: I have a group of 3 radios with the answers:

a.|red
b.|yellow
c.|green

The right answer is a.
How to make a script to show a message "wrong answer" under the radio group whenever a false answer is chosen?
