Hi I am wanting the form to generate a customer id number which will then be added to the emails. I thought that the support ticket option would do this but i am not getting the numbers that are generated in the emails even though the caption and body tags are there.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

There is a hidden field that should do that. Look through the docs here. I just read about generating a sequential number, and I used the Support Ticket field and I did send the value back to the user. I will verify that it was sent, but no one reported that it was NOT sent.
