We want to use 20 different forms for 20 different services (so 20 categories of customers, based on the service provided).

The forms submitted then are available in RSForms Pro in 20 categories. Management is to review the submissions but they have no interest in sorting through the categories.

Management wants the new submissions to be resorted by date and whether they have been reviewed and approved. Review and approval is critical.

So, I want to take the submissions (on submission), manipulate them, resort them, possibly add a field for approval (or have an approval field already there but not set to approved on data entry), and then present them to the front end (I believe that the modules and extensions in RSForms Pro can do this quite easily into an article in a Joomla category and so appear in a blog layout. If management selects a menu choice that loads a blog layout that contains an article of all of the submissions, this would be good and I believe that this can work.

On approval, the submissions must then go back to administrative staff for action (by phone and fax, no further manipulation required on the site).

All of this has to happen within 24 hours, so it has to be automated. After the fact, the submission records can be stored and archived on a daily or regular basis, but with less urgency.
