how do u make a print button that prints the contents of the fields and the check radio buttons etc.

You can simply add a normal button and add this in the Additional Attributes area:

onclick="window.self.print();"

can u get it to only prints if all the mandatory fields have been completed.
iv also used the multi page form using javascript.
