I have a form made, its working.

I am receiving email confirmation that my form has been received. But why am I not receiving the form info?

I see it in Joomla, but I thought this was supposed to send me each form submission to my email address automatically?

If all this thing does is collect that info in the backend of Joomla its useless to me. I must have missed something.

I need my form submissions to go to one of my sales execs email addresses directly. How do I get this to happen?

You've probably tried this but go to the User/Admin email tab and click on the Toggle Quick Add to get all of the form components.
Then click on the "Message" button.
This will bring up a text editor for you to copy the data from Quick Add into.
You can then format it the way you want.

Here is an example of a portion what one of our forms emails looks like:

The following member has registered for the 2011 Natter:

{regnum:caption} {regnum:value}
Name: {firstname:value} {lastname:value}
{spouseguest:caption} {spouseguest:value}
{address:caption} {address:value}
{city:caption} {city:value}
{state:caption} {state:value}
{Zip:caption} {Zip:value}
{email:caption} {email:value}
{phone:caption} {phone:value}
{chapter:caption} {chapter:value}
