Within Joomla CMS, I am wanting to build a database tracking hundreds of American football teams-- tracking records, scores, seasons, schedules, team information, etc etc..

The DB Schema I want to closely follow is here:

Since I am not a php or mySQL expert, I am wanting to do the data entry, updates, and changes using forms.

Is RSForm! Pro the end all solution that will allow me to construct this?

Hi!

I love RSForm Pro and use it a lot, but to do what you like to do, I recommend to have a look at the sport components for Joomla http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/sports-a-games/sports. I have not tested them but I guess some of them will work for you.
