TOPIC: Upload file before submitting form

I'm trying to allow the user to browse for a file, upload it, and then click a button that says "Upload another PDF" to complete the same process again as many times as he or she needs to. Then, when finished, they will click a button that says "Finished Uploading" to continue on to payment and submission of the form.

Is there a way to do this? Right now I have the upload button, which browses for the file, but the file isn't actually uploaded until the user hits "Submit".
