Does anyone know if it is possible to have images next to your checkboxes or radio buttons, as i am trying to create a form where ther user will select an image.

You would 2 options to achieve this. One will be to create a separate check box field for each check box and after each field add an image for the previous check box, arrange them from the Form Layout to be aligned correctly. Second option you can create first the check box field after that add the images in the Form Layout and edit the images so that they will be correctly aligned to the items in the check box field. Note that the check box field, even if it contains 20 items, it is considered one item in the layout. So you if you choose the first option you will have to be careful when configuring the User&Admin Emails. While in the second option you must be careful when editing the layout.
