TOPIC: Could not instantiate mail function.

Could not instantiate mail function. 14 years 10 months ago #7712

First of all, an explanation:
I have two distinct/separate WebSites at BlueHost using Joomla 1.15.11 and both use RSForm.
A few months ago I was working on one of those Sites and installed RSForm and the current Software to date. Everything worked fine.
Here is the strange problem:
I updated to *24 (latest version) today and both Forms which I had created a few months ago and using the earlier version continue to work properly. However, the new Form which I created today replies with "Could not instantiate mail function" .
So, thinking it was a BlueHost problem, I went to the other Site and the Form there worked. I then checked the Joomla Server/Mail Config of both WebSites and they are identical. So, it doesn't seem to be either a Joomla nor BlueHost issue.
Does anyone have a clue why this would occur and what I should be looking at to remedy the problem?
I find it very weird that two earlier Forms continue to work properly on the same Site but ever since the UpDate today, the new Form that I created gives me the "Could not instantiate mail function" error.

Hello,

It seems like your newly created form has a wrong email address in any of the To: fields. Make sure you don't have typos or anything like that.

If you're still having problems, you can submit a ticket and we'll have a look at your website as soon as possible (we're out of office hours right now).
