Hello everybody!!
I have a little problem...

i have create a checkbox group.. like this..
backend..
item1[c]
item2
item3

thats works nearly... i can check in the frontend like this...
frontendform user check..
item1
item2[c]
item3

then i can send a email... and i become this result:
the item1 is selected ... why?
but i have select item2 in the fronend...

next try..
i have create a from with a checkbox group like this

item name 1| item1[c]
item name 2| item2
item name 3| item3
(see documentation example..)

than i havae in the frontend check item3 ... and send the mail...

but in the mail were only item1 checked... why?
.....
then i have create a blank form (without [c] )
i have checked item2 and item3 ....

but in the mail ... nothing were the result like this..

"Youre selection are: " <- where are the items?

Can anyone help a bit ...

Please submit a ticket so that the official RSJoomla! customer support can help. I never heard of an error similar to yours.

Hello,

Please try testing your form with one of the default Joomla! templates and let me know if the problem persists.
