I am finding it difficult to understand some of the documentation because they do not show a model of what the right configuration should look like and assume some prerequisite PHP knowledge that I simply do not have.

I am happy to pay for assistance. I am not trying to create anything out of the ordinary, but the configuration is baffling me.

If you go to http://www.kramerslaw.com/ask-a-lawyer, this is the form that I am close to completing. Here's what I need to get it to do:

1. After the Header, first_name, last name, email, phone and state components, the visitor would be given a set of radio buttons similar to the Consultation Length radio button field, but with the following choices:

Injury/Accidental Death: N/C
20-Minute Consultation: $75
40-Minute Consultation: $145
60-Minute Consultation: $200

2. If the visitor selects the first option, the Priority field will not display and, because there is no charge for this type of case, the bottom button will not take the visitor to paypal, but will simply send the correct emails and take the visitor to a thank you page.

3. If the visitor selects any of the three remaining options, the Priority radio button field will display to give three separate priorities to the request. If someone wants a consultation set up within three hours of payment, there will be an extra charge of, say, $25 added to the total bill.

4. In either Scenario 2 or 3 above, the Summary, Captcha, Terms and Submit fields will display. The only difference is whether its a free, injury case evaluation -- or -- a paid consultation whose price will vary with the length and urgency of the request.

I know that this has a lot to do with hidden fields and the like, but I must say that I have not been able to figure this out. It would have been nice for RSJoomla to include another model form in its software package that would have demonstrated this and allowed folks like me to tweak it to suit our needs. But I really need to get this done and would deeply appreciate any assistance you could promptly provide.

Thank you,
Irwin

HI,

I like your form very much. If possible, could I see you form layout. Would be interesting to see how you did that. Very nice and clean.

IF you care to share, that would be wonderful.

Hi I like your way of styling the form too. Could you make a backup/export of that form and share it with us?

Thanks
Danny

Hi Irwin,

I want to build a form doing the same kind of calculations, and as you have no idea of php.

Could you show me the script you made?

Thanks advanced.
