Hi,

I have problem with Turkish and Polish characters. When I use Turkish or Polish language for form validation text or form caption it shows characters ???? .

For example when I use Turkish character ( ı ) and Polish character ( ę )it shows ( ? ).

I use JOOMLA! 1.5.9 version.

How can I solve this problem ? I opened ticket but there is no answer yet.

This is urgent I will be really happy if somebody can help me.

I have the same problem in "User Emails" on Subjet.
I typed: Szkoła Windsurfingu BOARDS - potwierdzenie wpisu na obóz {numer:value}
and in emails i receiwed:
Szko=C5=82a_Windsurfingu_BOARDS_-_potwierdzenie_wpisu_na_ob=C3=B3z_915773

Problem is in MIME??

Try putting the collation of the tables #__rsform in utf8_general_ci , and also the fields inside the tables.
