In user e-mails and admin e-mails, I have the option to edit the email text.

But when I click "Edit the e-mail text", enter some information and click "save". Everything I wrote disappears.

Same for both user e-mails and admin e-mails.:unsure:
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello Hansen,

i suggest you to open a ticket, and give a staff access to investigate this. It's very strange indeed. Have you tried disabling the wysiwyg editor?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
