this is what i get when some one submits a form

{FullName:caption}:{FullName:value}
Email:sales@addressrepair.com
{CompanySize:caption}:{CompanySize:value}
{Position:caption}:{Position:value}
{ContactBy:caption}:{ContactBy:value}
{ContactWhen:caption}:{ContactWhen:value}


Can any one help me I am new to Joomla. Step by Step would be great with picures if posible.

I was able to fix it, it was coming in my emails, since i am new to joomla i did not understand till i spent an hour figuring it out. Thanks for helping
