Hi,

I am currently testing RS Form Pro (no licence yet) and I have a problem with the upload function.

Directory uploads is available and permissions are set to 777 .
Accepted files set to
jpg
png
bmp
Destination is set to
/customers/<domain>/<domain>/httpd.www/components/com_rsform/uploads/
The directory uploads is available and permissions are set to 777 .

Unfortunately, after submitting the form correctly, no file can be found in the directory.

In the Manage Submission tab, the link does not work either and it's got an extra number of digits as prefix to the real name, clicking on it gives me the following error message
The requested URL /components/com_rsform/uploads/492698e7f078e-logo.png was not found on this server.

Problem solved through our ticketing system. Unfortunately, file uploading and captcha problems are particular cases and a solution that worked for one server configuration might not work for another one.<br><br>Post edited by: strafe, at: 2008/12/04 11:27

and if you choose also to receive the files as an attachment to your User Email?
Maybe you can try that. Mine is working fine.

Thanks for your answer.
The problem has been solved by the support.
Removing the download file size limit solved the problem.
