Hi we have been using the offline and the CC payment for years -

We currently just send out a email to the admin and Accounting and email when an OFFLINE (Cheque getting mailed in) and a CC and they get all the info
- Names ect and Tranasation ID from the CC one

But we are now using GOOGLE SHEETS to help out as they have 3 users that need to have access to all the info - We don't provide them access to the website as it just to complicated to see all the info.

But my issue is that when I allow the google sheet to be updated it will show the OFFLINE and the CC but it won't show the Transaction ID or if I want to show the Transaction ID it won't push the OFFLINE to the GOOGLE SHEET - but this way if someone just goes to the CC page for STRIPE it will push it to SHEETS even if they didn't pay for it.

So is there a way to code it in the form somehow to change the PAYMENET STATUS for the OFFLINE from PENDING to ACCEPTED so that it will then show up on the Google sheets


TO sump up I just want a way to show BOTH offline Cheque and CC with transaction on it (so we that we won't get NON paying CC)

There has to be a way to do this
