The Stripe payment option is listed among the RSForm Pro payment integrations.

Why can't I see it on the downloads page?

Have you purchased it? It is one of the additional plugins that must be paid for in order for it to be available.

Of course, I have a valid RSForm Pro license (I am not using the free version). I wanted to set it up alongside PayPal on a donation collection page, but I cannot see it in the download list (after logging in, where the link points).

Have you purchased the Stripe plug-in? Even if you have paid for a license for Rsform Pro there is a separate, additional charge to purchase the Stripe plugin. It is not included with Rsform Pro.
