E-Mail Problem in Joomla 5.3.4 RSForm Pro 3.3.11 3 months 2 weeks ago #44101

I have recently started receiving the following error message when I try to send emails using the form:

Joomla SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: kontakt@(....).de: : Sender address rejected: not owned by user (username)

This only affects the administrator as the recipient. The email to the user is sent and delivered.
When I test the SMTP email in the Joomla 5.x system, it is sent correctly.

Does anyone have a solution to my problem?

Joomla 5.3.4 with RSForm Pro 3.3.11; PHP 8.3

Hello,

You can try using the {global:mailfrom} placeholder in the Admin Email > From Email field. Afterwards, test this once more.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
