Dear Sirs,

As Subject, how can we have last choice ''Other" and show input textbox for
1. radio group
2. check gropu

e.g.
1. Please select the fruits you likes?
[ ] apple
[ ] Banana
[ ] Pineapple
[ v] Others
[ input your any fruits you likes most ] <-- only appear when Others is selected.
