Hi i have a form payment with multiselect values in checkbox format.
See new.oakparkmedicalcentre.com/index.php?o...iew=rsform&formId=13
How can i add quantity to each item checked?
E.g
Vaccination €70 Quantity: 2
HepA Vacc €35 Quantity: 3

Use the quantity field, you'll find it itn the payment section when you add a field. using your example add a quantity field linked to Vaccination and another linked to HepA Vacc in the quantity's attribute section
If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, then you obviously don't understand the situation!

Hello,

I have taken a look at your form and as an addition to iceferret, please note that the Quantity field is linked to a field, not a value, thus if you want different quantity options for each vaccine type you will need to separate each option into a separate field.
Please note: my help is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a ticket by clicking here
