No problem to auto-populate a text field, dropdown list, radiobutton, ... but can you also auto-populate a "file upload" field with path and/or filename?

$val[ 'upload-file-field' ] = 'filename.jpg';

doesn't work

It will be used in a form that is auto-populated with all data from a DB table (membership info). Also, the filename of an avatar picture and I want to include this picture in the form.

Sample: agkvg.be/kvg/wijziging-persoonlijke-gege...sform&formId=28&form[XLidnr]=60596
