Hello.
On a Joomla 4 site, I use RSForm 3.1.9, and the owner doesn't receive any email from the form.
The email test in the Joomla config works, with any main email address registered there.
The visitor receives the confirmation of request. But the site owner doesn't receive anything.
The RSF documentation says : "Make sure that you're using an email address in the From Email* field which is hosted on your server, for example, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it "
In my case, the domain and the email are on IONOS. The domain points to the site's IP on another hosting.
