A visitor enters any amount and I want to calculate a value based on these graduated scales:

15% of the first € 2.500 of the amount (= max € 375)
10% of the next € 2.500 of the amount (= max € 250)
5% of the next € 5.000 of the amount (= max € 250)
1% of the next € 190.000 of the amount (= max € 1.900)
0,5% of the rest the amount until a maximum of € 4.000

Is it possible to do this with calculations?
