TOPIC: email do not send to admin email

email do not send to admin email 8 months 2 weeks ago #42899

I have updated my joomla website to 4.3.3 and the website was moved to the mittwald server some time ago. Since then the emails are no longer sent to the admin email address. The user gets an email. All cache settings are disabled. What could be the reason? I hope someone can help me quickly.

Hello,

As mentioned in your support ticket, this was caused by an incorrect configuration of the Admin email: From name and From email values, you have set the email field placeholder from your form as the sender of the admin email. This will not work correctly, once we copied the same settings for these two fields as for your User Email the admin email was received correctly.
