TOPIC: connecting forms

I want to have one general contact form where names phone etc are stored.
After I want to make several forms for a soccer team where client will save performance, show up, discussions and many more forms.
is it possible to pick the player from the general contact form and connect him to all other forms ??

Hello,

One possible solution would be to use a form that contains a list of available players and a list of the next form the user want to fill in. When this form is submitted you can use URL parameters to grab the correct player information from the database and display the information in the next form. As a starting point you could try referring to the following articles:
