With regards to check boxes, for example A B C D are shown on the form. If a custom data table has checkbox B and C shown as selected by an earlier action, can the B and C selections be shown auto selected from the custom data table when the form is loaded?

I have asked support but they cannot help as it requires custom work. Does anyone know how to do it?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
