Hi there.
Is it possible to create a form which is only accessible via a link, or like a unique code, or some way that, you can send an url to someone and 'only' that person that has the link, will be able to access the form.

You can use the link that is generated when you click Preview.

Or you can create a menu item directly to the form, which is not displayed, and call it "Individual link".
