I need a notification email to user and admin when online payment is for any reason denied.
I have all mails to defer because if not all emails will have status pending, since the user will not have completed the payment process yet. However, I want to know me and my user that the process of payment was unsuccessful. Now, he only receves a notice in the webpage and the admin can only see the unsuccessful submitions from the backend.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
