Is it possible to copy fields to reduce repeating steps doe similar fields?

Is there a way to group form fields under a heading of some kind to better organize longer forms?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

on the Form Fields screen of your form simply select the field(s) you want to copy and at the top of the page choose Duplicate. You can also copy them to another form by choosing that option.
