TOPIC: Send File after submission

Hello friends,
I would like to send a file after the customer send a form. Someone knows how to do that?
The form will work like this:
1) User fill the form
2) The user get an email from RSFORMS
3) The user get a pdf file after submission
The administrator has disabled public write access.
