Hello,

I want to make table with form fields so I can send multiple submissions.
What I mean is that each row of my table will act as form.
I want to be able to add multiple rows and them all together for submit.

At the end is a screenshot of the table where
info11 , info 12 etc is the first row.
info21, info22 etc is the second form.

Both these two rows will submitted simultaneously and each one represent on set of data ( it is one form).
The administrator has disabled public write access.
