TOPIC: Submit Button Style

Submit Button Style 3 years 11 months ago #41218

I've foolishly stepped in to help someone whose ill at the moment because I've used Joomla before. However when it comes to CSS I'm a complete newbie and as a result I've managed to get so far and now I'm stuck.

I've created a multipage form which originally used the Responsive Layout. I'd also enabled the Prev/Next buttons and these along with the Submit and Reset buttons were styled as per the Responsive Layout i.e. the Submit button was blue with white text and the button turned a darker blue when the mouse was over it.

However, the responsive layout was causing problems with my template as I was using multiple columns. So, on advice from Tech Support, I changed the layout to Bootstrap 3.4.1. This fixed the layout issue with my template. However now the Submit button is the default 'windows grey' style button and does not match the Prev/Next buttons. Tech Support said to copy the submit style from the Responsive layout and add it to the CSS Declarations of the Bootstrap one.

For the life of me though I can't work out what the style is of the submit button under Responsive Layout. When I use my browser inspector I get dozens of different styles, many of which are crossed out and which appear to come from several different sources. I've tried adding various things with either zero or very limited effect.

Can anyone tell me what the style is for the Submit button under the Responsive layout and how to make that apply under Bootstrap 3.4.1? </newbie-idiot>
