TOPIC: RSForm and JCE editor

RSForm and JCE editor 3 years 1 week ago #41128

When I use TinyMCE in RSform, I can create and preserve the format in tables, eg 100% width or a color. When I use JCE, the formats are deleted when I save the form. Does anyone know why?

Hello,

What you're describing points to the editor in question as RSForm!Pro doesn't clear data on its own, notice when using a standard Joomla! editor, like TinyMCE, this isn't encountered. You should either use a default Joomla! editor or check your editor's settings.

Hi,

By default, JCE removes if the CSS syntax is not valid. To see if this causes the problem you can try,

Components > JCE Editor > Profiles > Select Desired Profile,

Under Editor Parameters tab go to Advanced, scroll down and find Validate Styles, select No and save.
