TOPIC: not all submitted are being emailed

not all submitted are being emailed 4 years 4 weeks ago #41100

I received about 6-8 submission a day and about 2-3 of them don't get emailed to me. They show up in my Joomla backend rsforms submissions and it happens consistently where I don't receive all the submissions via email. I'm using godaddy hosting and they are adamant that there are no issues with my email hosing with them.
I don't have any other issues with any other components relaying emails so it has to be within rsforms
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hello,

Well, the same script is used for each submission that is made so if this was something that was caused by the component then no emails would have been triggered. You could try identifying the submissions that did not trigger emails then have your hosting provider check your hosting server email logs at the same time the submissions were made in order see if any errors were generated.
