Hello, we are using the RS Forms with the PDF extension. When a user completes one of our forms, we email their input to them in a PDF. However, we want to dynamically tab/indent after the caption so that all the values have the same alignment on the page.

Form: achillescentre.com/rs-form-test

What we currently have: achillescentre.com/images/PDF_Current.jpg

What we want to achieve: achillescentre.com/images/PDF_Want.jpg

How do we achieve this? What can we put in the HTML code for the PDF? Do we need any CSS? If so, where can we put that? Will it just go in custom.css? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you need css, I put the styles in between the head tags in the pdf code.
If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, then you obviously don't understand the situation!
