Hi,

I am using RS Events Pro with RS Form Pro, I just installed Google Sheet Plugin.

For my RS Events Pro, I use RS Form Pro to create custom registration form.

However recently I tried to map those entry from Form into Google Sheet, but found that placeholders of RSEvent such as {EventName} {EventStartDateOnly} unable to record into Google Sheet.

By the way, the placeholders for RSEvent works fine for emailing system.

Hello,

These placeholders are specific to RSEvents!Pro and can't be simply placed in your RSForm!Pro form's Google Sheet configuration tab. You'll need their data part of your actual form's submission for this to work and you can take these steps:

- add hidden fields in your form for each of this placeholder you would like to map.

- within the hidden field's Default Value area add your RSEvents!Pro placeholder; for example:

{EventName}

- when mapping Google Sheet data, add the according hidden field's placeholder instead. If you've named yours "hiddenEventName" its exact placeholder would be (case sensitive): {hiddenEventName:value}
This is not official customer support. To receive your support, submit a support ticket here.
