Hi, I'm not able to send any ticket to you. Nothing happens and no new tickets are showed on My Support Tickets.

Could you check, please?

Hello,

We are constantly receiving tickets from other customers so there should be no problems with the ticket creation functionality, can you please try this one more time.

From what I can see in our records you have submitted tickets in the past, if you are still encountering issues with this please provide us with more details on this matter, are you logged in when trying to submit a ticket, what browser you are using... any information that can help us replicate this will be useful.
