Hi

I've set up a form with a custom payment plugin I've developed. When payment is registered, the form is mailing the customer.
That all works - problem is, in my latest test I received 12 identical emails for the same submission/purchase.

EDIT: This only happens, when mail is set up to only send, when payment is registered.

Is this a payment plugin issue, or RS Form?
Any ideas or pointers?

Hello,

This is most likely caused by your 3rd party payment plugin, we have not received such reports from customers. You can easily test this behavior by using one of our available payment integrations and performing a test submission using the "Defer emails" functionality.
