TOPIC: Email Notification After Download

I'd like to send an email to administrators whenever a user has downloaded their submission as a PDF.

Anyone know if this is possible?

Support suggested \i post in this forum for answers as they don't have that functionality by default.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
