Hi,
i'd like to make a custom phone validation rule. The phone number has to begin always with +43 and then the rest of the number without 0.
I found this topic on internet:

Unfortunatelly my php skills are not enough to do that by myself.
Could you please give me some hints or the correct code how to make it work.
I'd appreciate every kind of help.
