first form is made but it does not send emails 4 years 10 months ago #39103

I have my first form made at -

worldoutreach.org/00_emusica/index.php/contact-us-test

I watched all the vids and looked at the example forms and still can not figure out why this form will not send anything out

it puts it in the DB but nothing is emailing out

Any help with this is greatly appreciated

Have you set the emails up for admin , user etc?
If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, then you obviously don't understand the situation!
