TOPIC: Version 2.2.0 field propagation problem

Version 2.2.0 field propagation problem 6 years 2 weeks ago #39044

After update to v.2.2.0 the {phone:value}, {email:value} & {name:value) don't show the input values on the emailed forms.
Any idea how I can solve the problem?

Thanks
Mark

a few things to check first:

1. are your other fields showing? if not, check out this article:
https://www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/rsform-pro/frequently-asked-questions/using-the-if-statement-with-rsformpro-pdf-plugin.html?utm_source=

2. check the spelling and case of your fieldnames. It is case sensitive (this has thrown me before!)

Jami, Thanks so much.
The fieldnames spelling is correct and YES other fields are showing.
Unfortunately, only the {phone:value}, {email:value} & {name:value) don't propagate.
Any other idea how to fix that?

Thanks
Mark

I just double checked that I have version 2.2.0 as well, and I do. I have a form that has both email and phone in it - and I recall working on this just yesterday, as a matter of fact, and those fieldnames are both captilalized in mine - so double check if yours are now like this caps like {Email:value} and {Phone:value}

have you already checked that?

** edit: just thought of this - if that isn't it then try renaming those fields to see if that works.
