Hi,
as I noticed all new tickets (from "Support Ticket" form field) get 1 as start number, but I want to start from 500.
How I can do this ?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Me too.
We are changing from other form to RS Form Pro - so we need to start from a specific 6-digit number.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
