We get the error message, "path-to-files/filename does not exist. The file could not be deleted" when we try to delete submissions that were accompanied by a file upload.

We've double checked the behavior and discovered that the file is actually there prior to deletion and is successfully removed in response to a deletion, yet the above follow-on error message is still displayed.

Does it makes sense to anybody as to why this is happening and how to fix it?
