Hello all,

I'm new here so i try to do my best to respond as quickly as possible.
I'm looking for a solution for my problem about the Conditional Fields.

I made a Conditional Field on mij website, it looked very easy and read all the explanations steps on different sites. But by testing my form nothing happend!?
