Hi,

I've just upgraded a site from J25 to J351. In the new site, the PDF does not function correct anymore.

In my form I have a PDF configured in the User e-Mail. I do not want to attach the PDF to the user email (for privacy reasons) so "Attach to User EMail" is NO.

In the submissions menu-item I have the following details layout:
<p><b><a href="{user_pdf}">Klik hier voor de Toestemmingsverklaring als PDF-bestand no: {global:submissionid}</a></b></p>

But, on the front-end, when I click the link to the user-pdf I get a white screen with this message, and no PDF:
Unable to stream pdf: header

Thanks for your reply!

Hello,

Please make sure that that you have the latest versions of RSForm!Pro (1.51.14) and PDF Plugin installed. Download the latest versions of RSForm!Pro and PDF Plugin by going to:

www.rsjoomla.com/downloads.html > RSForm!Pro

.. then perform the update by installing the latest versions downloaded from our site over your current ones. Please make sure to create a full backup of your forms and submissions before attempting the update.

Also, if you have other PDF plugins installed for different components, you can try disabling them one at a time and see if they cause any interferences with RSForm!Pro PDF Plugin.

Before I posted the initial support-topic for this,I did upgrade to the latest releases of the component and the PDF-plugin and I noticed that the PDF-settings (html-code) were NOT copied to the upgraded. So I copied and pasted the html-code and setting and than I got that message.

I just re-installed the component and the PDF_plugin and also copied the html-code of the user- and admin-pdf-files.

And now it seems to work again... Don't understand why, but it does.

Thanks for your support,

Gerard
