Hello, I have created a new form with a new problem that I have not seen before. Usually, when I create a form with multiple pages, when the NEXT button is pressed a new page is opened, with the questions on the next page displayed between the navigation header and the footer of my template.
My newest form works fine for the first page. But when I hit the next page, the navigation header and the footer are touching, with no form visible. I then have to hit the scroll bar on the side of the page to view the form. When I scroll, the form is appearing from bottom to top.
