TOPIC: Insert form by name {rsform formname} ?

Insert form by name {rsform formname} ? 8 years 11 months ago #35166

Hi,

I know I can insert a form into article or module by using it's ID, for example {rsform 1}. But in this case I must know (or check) form's ID.

Now suppose I have several backend content managers and I want to restrict them access to rsform component, but allow them use {rsform ID} into their articles. Each manager has predefined forms, whose results are sent to corresponding manager. So I'd like to create forms with names, for example:

john-contactme
john-tellmemore
sarah-contactme
sarah-tellmemore
sarah-question

It would be much easier to remember allowed "their" forms for managers, than some id's, like John uses IDs 1, 5, 7, Sarah uses 2 ,3, 6.

I know RSFORMS concurent Chronoforms uses such aliases to embed forms into articles, like {chronoforms}john-contactme{/chronoforms} and I am wondering can I use or enable such functionality with rsforms?
