TOPIC: MultiPage with password

Hello,
I would like to create multipage submit.

On the firt page form and submit and after click submit Show button with password to second page submit.
Password will be sended to few peoples by email when they submit the first page.

Hope someone will understand :)

Is it posssible to do it ?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
