Is there any way to automatically export the results of a form to, say, an Outlook or DPCalendar application? I am currently making a vacation request form on a Joomla website and would like to have a way to allow for a manager to approve the request and then automatically populate a calendar; whether it be Outlook or DP Calendar (installed in same Joomla site). As the data is stored in a database, I would assume there is a way to auto-export it to something like DP Calendar.

Has something like this been implemented before, and if so, could you guide me in the right direction?

Workflow:
- User submits form
-User is emailed with PDF copy of vacation request
-Manager is emailed with a text copy of vacation request
**This is as far as the system goes as of now. Managers now need to manually enter information into Outlook calendar as well as manually forward to HR.

Where I would like to go:
-Manager accepts request
-Outlook (or DPCalendar) is automatically populated with vacation information
-HR is automatically notified.
